walk thru pantry to have closed large storage for costco items or can do butler's panty. I also need something for my appliances- kitchen aid mixer, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, creami. Ideally we would not have visual clutter in our kitchen. extra storage under the bars open to the idea of having a countertop table in between the kitchen and living room with a side area for a dining room. we would like tall counters- 40" tall island and 36" or taller for the rest.

I do not like a huge shower because it is cold. Ours is currently 21 sq feet and I would like to stay close to this size. I want to make sure I have space to clean around the tub while still looking aesthetically pleasing. Dual shower heads to come from opposite sides or side by side. Closet must be at least 145 square feet. We do not care whether the owner suite has access to the back patio or not. I would like to have a workout space in the home if there is enough square footage. If not I can do this in the shop.
