Pool house will need a bathroom accessible to interior and pool area. Living area. Laundry room with 2 large breed dog kennels with doggy doors. Dog wash drains in kennel with hose bib in room. Gym facing pool with french doors (150 sq ft). Would like pool house to block view of 2nd story window from alley neighbors. Yard space for kids and dogs. Isolate dogs in dog run for hosting. Cantilever alley gate. Standing bar island. Most of our guests stand around our 42” tall island and visit. A pool house is not a requirement if we can get everything into the house and block alley neighbor view. Looking for 5200-5400sq ft total for house and pool house.
