I would prefer the kitchen to face the dining room and it be a large open space with vaulted ceiling between the two. I would like the ceiling to extend into the living room. Fire place on the wall that goes to patio (TV to go on an alternative wall inside a built in. Kitchen sick to also face the backyard so that the dinning room faces the front of the house. I would like huge windows on both sides of the fire place.

Would like to have a space big enough to have coffee or wet bar supplies. This could be included in the butler pantry or a separate space. I would like a place for wine bottle storage included in that space. No sink needed in the island but if possible one in the pantry. Pot filler in kitchen is a must. I want island to be 10X10. It could be smaller but remain a square, not the typical strip island. We will do a double range oven, gas stove top prefer kitchen aid style to match the standard kitchen aid refrigerator we already have. Not married to where the microwave goes. Gas Stove, Sink window to facing the back yard and large island are my only MUST.

Not picky on how the closet layout is, but would want his and her built ins for and just to utilize the most room. Not picky about the bathroom either but want to get the most out of the space. Do not mind if tub is located in front of the shower or if they are further apart. Trying to get the best bang for the buck. Not an area the are too particular about just would like to have storage and use the least about of square footage, but not be on top of one another.

We would like to add a pool and a shop/pool house but will depend on the building cost. Pool doesn’t have to be added not, but would like to discuss cost and get it plumbed for it at least. Would like to plan for outdoor kitchen even if we can’t add it now. We don’t want to leave anything out as a possible option. A basement is a non-negotiable for us because we have one now and love it.
