This is from mikes website. We don’t mind the style of the house with a few tweaks and different stone and colours. Roof line and curb appeal is pretty nice

Additional Notes
Possibly shutters, contemplating driveway from shop and garage doors that face south along property around corner to make a circle drive up to front door facing east and then out onto front street. Not a fan of real high and steep pitched roof lines.

Interior Details

What we like here is some of the stone. Walls of stone and some stone accents in and around the kitchen area. We can’t seem to find many kitchen or interior pictures we like. The colors of the stone need to be darker earth tones. We do not like white or light stone colours.

Perhaps a couple areas California type ceilings and perhaps a vaulted ceiling in family room and high ceilings especially in kitchen and pantry. Built in lockers for mudroom definitely and also built ins in the laundry room. Lots of big windows all in black

Island is a must for walk in closet. Pending on layout if or if not can be incorporated to have a his and hers walkin closet or just 1 large enough for the both of us. Built ins also needed. Lots of lighting.

Will need lots of discussion but the outdoor living needs to accommodate a hot tub and kitchen and full seating area with perhaps hydronic in floor heat and the ability to completely open up the whole west facing side to allow the great outdoors in or completely close in to seal it off from the outside and all its nasty elements like wind dust and cold. Want to be able to use it year round. Also that outdoor living space should be directly behind the family room and have massive glass pocket doors that open wide open from wall to wall to bring the outside in if we so choose. Also adequate ventilation above hot tub if used when room is all closed
