Will need lots of discussion but the outdoor living needs to accommodate a hot tub and kitchen and full seating area with perhaps hydronic in floor heat and the ability to completely open up the whole west facing side to allow the great outdoors in or completely close in to seal it off from the outside and all its nasty elements like wind dust and cold. Want to be able to use it year round. Also that outdoor living space should be directly behind the family room and have massive glass pocket doors that open wide open from wall to wall to bring the outside in if we so choose. Also adequate ventilation above hot tub if used when room is all closed |
