enclosed type back porch, rather than screens such as beat the heat shades we would like to use glass garage doors/sliding doors as to be able to create a totally enclosed outdoor living space with the ability to open up to outside. Also with large glass doors from living room to back porch as to combine both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Due to the slop of the lot the back elevation will have steps down to the pool.
