EXTERIOR ELEVATION DETAILS

I love the porch size and multiple ridges that are similar in size. Do not care for small windows on roofline. I love 3-4 steps leading to the porch.

Love the massive front and entry way to house. I love the porch on both sides, not just one side.

Real like like the porch and windows, height of the roof line, and the peaks and viewing area from what would be the kitchen table. How that area protrudes so that it could protect the porch from wind and dirt. Garage could be turned to have side entry.

INTERIOR DETAILS

Love the elevation and the massive windows. I love the beams.

Love the natural lighting for a bathroom and color scheme of this room. I love raw brick used on the inside of the home. The color scheme is great and love the more masculine master, but also good with clean colors.

Windows!!! Prefer the fire place on the wall facing patio with large windows on both sides. If fire place could serve inside and patio, that would be great. Huge black trim windows and the wood feature ceiling on the patio.

Window above sink, color scheme of cabinets, hardware and natural light

Detail on cabinets, trim on the walls leading to basement to give them appeal, two tone cabinetsu

Ceiling line and windows are the look I am going for looking from kitchen to dining, maybe not as narrow, but similar

Something similar to this on the living room wall that doesn’t restrict the size of the tv but also provides some kind of storage

Love the cement fire place with large wood mantel and large windows on both sides of fire place that face the back patio.

Usable space but not wasting sqft, counters are must have and lots of storage

Basement has one step down to basement, but where the bar is, is one step higher so that you can eat down there and sit at the bar to maximize space. We have multiple photos of what this looks like.
