Kitchen window to back porch. Microwave in island. Commercial style range. no glass cabinetry except on top. We want it lit. The plan we are looking at calls for a vaulted ceiling in kitchen however I don't like the look of hanging cabinets so open to suggestions. I teach culinary so the kitchen is the most important place to me. We are on septic so no garbage disposal. Pull out trash, pull out spice racks near range. Coffee/ wet bar with small secondary sink. Hot water dispenser there.

Depending on costs pool may come later. We will also do the barn separately. We have an idea where it will go in proximity to the house. Would like a swim up bar to outdoor kitchen if not crazy expensive. Would also like a pizza oven incorporated into outdoor fireplace. We definitely want the outdoor patio built when we build the house but the things to the outside may have to be built in stages depending on final budget.
