1) #1 objective with desired house plan provided is to lower the roof to an 8/12. If dormers need to be removed that is fine. 2) the master bath seems quite large and could be scaled back if necessary 3) No second story or basement so need to restructure the mudroom area but maintain the pool/patio bath.
