1) #1 objective with desired house plan provided is to lower the roof to an 8/12. If dormers need to be removed that is fine. 2) the master bath seems quite large and could be scaled back if necessary
3) No second story or basement so need to restructure the mudroom area but maintain the pool/patio bath. I would like a dog wash in the garage or possibly this mudroom area?
4)Circle drive front of home. Garages will face side street with a slab that we want to design an “L” shaped barn with 30x40 for storage and an area 24x20 area for simulator/bar/sitting area with sitting area with small patio coverage. Your design to fit lot.
