This is our home now. We love the exterior style, I would just use rectangle and square windows instead of arched ones and just do solid windows not the smaller windows above. And I would put brick on the bottom and the stone off the ground.

We liked the little porch area. I would take the arches out and square off and add a little stone or stucco.

We wanted dormers over the kitchen for light. We like brick and stone but if it is more cost effective we could do brick and stucco. We want rectangle and square windows no arched windows. We like a traditional look to the exterior. A front porch if possible.

I like a built in cabinet space for trash can, but not a trash compactor. I was thinking a 30” pro style duel fuel range in the kitchen and then a built in single oven and microwave in the pantry area.

No big preferences on design except that I do want a sit down makeup, if it needs to be in closet that is ok. If the his and her vanities need to be split that is ok too. I would like the freestanding tub in front of a window if possible.
